Our Production Units
We have 3 production units that are integrated with high-tech machines and other required facilities to manufacture a wide range of scaffolding systems. With these machines, we have able to automate our production process. In fact, for best machines, we have invested Rs. 3 crore (INR) on the manufacturing equipment. But still, major part of the fabrication process is manual or handmade. Various machines installed in our units are as follows:

- Drilling machines
- CNC machines
- Welding machines
- Special purpose machines
- Tube mill
- Press shop
- Assembly section.
This has assisted us in acquiring the sales volume of Rs. 125 crore (INR) and the production capacity of 1200 tons per month. In the near future, we plan to achieve the production capacity of 2000 ton per month.
Quality Assurance
Quality is our main concern and hence we lay extreme stress on following strict parameters to ensure high quality of our scaffolding products. These parameters are ensures at every stage of scaffolding fabrication. Our quality inspectors supervise each step of the fabrication, starting from raw materials sourcing to the final dispatch. For raw materials, sample testing and physical testing is done. The finalized products are tested on following parameters:

- Weather resistance.
